Rob Schultz is a Managing Director and an employee of Greystone. Mr. Schultz held the same position with Burlington Capital LLC from 2005 to 2019. Over the course of his 25 years in municipal finance, Mr. Schultz has structured public offerings and private placements in multi-family housing and healthcare facilities utilizing private activity bonds, as well as governmental infrastructure financing for municipal issuers and special districts. His experience also extends to various forms of innovative transactions, such as municipal derivative offerings, tender option debt, senior/subordinate structures, 63-20 and 501(c)(3) non-profit financing, variable rate demand notes, certificates of participation, and third party credit enhancement, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, GNMA, various monoline bond insurance, letters and lines of credit and guaranteed investment contracts. Prior to his association with Burlington Capital, Mr. Schultz spent twelve years with the investment banking division of D.A. Davidson in Denver and 10 years with John Nuveen & Co. in Chicago. Mr. Schultz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance degree from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance from Loyola University.
