Frank Bravo is a Managing Director and an employee of Greystone. Mr. Bravo previously held the Community Lending Officer role for First Republic Bank. He has more than 25 years of banking experience, which includes an in-depth understanding of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), multifamily mortgage revenue bonds and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs. He also has more than 20 years of experience in community and affordable housing development, economic development, and financing. Prior to his association with Frist Republic Bank, Mr. Bravo served as Director of Community Reinvestments for Rabobank, N.A. Mr. Bravo currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Rural Community Assistance Corporation, where he also serves as Loan Committee Chairperson. Mr. Bravo’s academic accomplishments include being a graduate of the Federal Reserve Bank’s Community Development Lending School and biological science studies at the University of California, Davis.
